The TeaM model is a framework that helps you to self-assess your quality of teaching. It assists in defining where you are and what you want to achieve. The result from the self-assessment generates a level determining how mature your teaching process is, and when required, suggests to implement other practices in order to improve the quality of teaching.
The TeaM model considers all the activities needed during the teaching process and calls them practices. When a group of practices is implemented, then a goal is achieved. When a group of goals is achieved, then a process area is satisfied, and when a group of process area is satisfied, then a maturity level is reached.
